The IORA Secretariat had the pleasure to welcome delegates from the National Defence College (NDC) of the Republic of India. The visit had an interactive presentation on the formation and priority areas of IORA which was delivered by Mrs. Ruchika Rishi, Director at the IORA Secretariat.
