On 3rd July 2024, the Republic of Korea hosted the 5th ROK-IORA Partnership Seminar on the theme "Harnessing Sustainable Ocean Resources Through Ocean Research." This event aimed to foster collaboration among Member States and Dialogue Partners of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), focusing on sciences and technologies to explore the natural resources of the Indian Ocean.
The Indian Ocean, known as one of the richest repositories of natural resources, offers infinite benefits that are crucial for sustainable development.
