IORA partnering with Italy on Digital Seafood Trade Show

IORA is partnering with Italy to connect seafood companies in the Indian Ocean region with Italian and European markets.  This is a key objective of the world’s first ever digital trade event of the seafood industry, to be hosted online by the Assoittica Italia (National Association of Fish Companies) on 20-21 May 2021.

The Digital Seafood Trade Show will host companies and officials from over 40 countries.  Using innovative and intuitive virtual conference technology, it will be possible to access booths, B2B meetings, industry presentations and more.

During the conference, IORA will partner with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) on a webinar to discuss the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the fisheries sector globally.  More details to be announced soon.
